Fishing on Lake Oahe has been Fantastic!! alot  of fish ,all sizes gettingb your over's does not seem to be  problem, 5-20 fow , crawler's leeches and crank's are all working , also for all the Northern pike fisherman there iare several pike being caught. I believe the summer bite has judt began!!!! Mobridge to Akaska  , If you are looking for a great tournament to enter try The SD Walleye Classic in Aug. Pro -amformat with 2 Pro's 1co-angler otb will be a great time in Akaska!!

Well the fishing this past week has been very good !! I have fished from the Moreau to Mobridge and it seem's that there are fish scattered everywhere. 10-20 fow. crawlers seem to be working the best ,also the cranker's  are also  catching fish. The Denny Palmer memorial tournament is this weekend, Should be a great one with the Chamber putting it on!! good luck !!

Fishing has really picked up over the weekend . We had a group of great guy's from Bennington Neb. up and ended up with 53 walleye's up to 26"' and 17 northern's and several cat's behind the lodge. fish 10-30 fow, crawler's and minnow's. thank's again to the Boy's from neb.

well I finally made it out on the pontoon today!! fishing was pretty good had a two person limit by 3pm,  15-22 inchers, 12-25fow bouncers and minnow's , out of walth bay. nice to be on the water again. tight line's kman

the ice is out!! april 21st!! shorefishing this past week has been pretty good considering the weather, I go out a couple hrs. a day nice cat's and a some northern's everytime out. cutbait on the bottom, smelt in the stomach's of the northerns so if it ever warm's up the smelt will be running. have a Happy Easter!!

well the Ice fishing season has ended for me. the last 2 wks. have been fantastic!! we were planking out as of last fri. but water has risen to much to get out.put ice gear away. looking forward to the open water season!! good luck!!

Fishing has been very good  through wed. then the wind came and the weather changed, had to work hard for them after that. Still catching some but not as fast!!30-40 fow still the best ,all fish caught on jig's.good luck!!

The fishing the last 5 day's has been very good with some very nice fish and several good eater's, 20-50 fow lot's of other species also ,perch cat's ,northern pike  sauger,white bass. the weather is great and mobility is getting better. good luck!!
